Hamburg. (bm) British Patisserie Holdings PLC announces that its board of directors has been notified of significant and potentially fraudulent, accounting irregularities. As a result the Company has requested that its shares be suspended from trading on AIM while it conducts a full investigation. In the meantime the Chief Financial Officer has been suspended from his role. The company speaks of GBP 1.14 million, the whereabouts of which the parties would like to know more about.
