Global Industry: St-Methode Bakery Partners with P.E. Companies

Bremerhaven. (bm) Swander Pace Capital, the private equity firm that bought Canada’s Bäckerhaus Veit in 2018 and sold it 2023 to PNC Riverarch Capital, has partnered with CDPQ and Roynat Equity Partners to acquire a majority stake in St-Méthode Bakery (BSM), a leading supplier of healthy, value-add fresh bread products. Located in the Chaudière-Appalaches region of Québec, BSM will continue to supply customers throughout Québec and other markets from its flagship bakery in Adstock. Other topics of the week:
