Global Industry: Aryzta AG signs banks deal

Hamburg. (bm) Aryzta AG announced that it has entered into a standby volume underwriting agreement in relation to its proposed EUR 800 million capital raise with various banks. The underwriting agreement is subject to conditions in line with market practice for similar transactions, including the absence of any material adverse developments relating to the Aryzta group.
