Hamburg. (bm) Mondelez International Inc. and D.E. Master Blenders 1753 NV (DEMB) announced their intention to combine their respective coffee businesses to create the world´s leading pure-play coffee company, with annual revenues of more than five billion EUR and an Ebitda margin in the high teens. The new company, to be called Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE), will be based in the Netherlands. Other topics of the week:
